In my opinion Herbert W. Laine is the Worst lawyer in Virginia. He told us that the Isle of Wight court house was named after his family. Said his name ment something there. What a joke of a lawyer. He didn't even know what case he was representing. He had to keep asking our names. My advice is to stay away from this lawyer.
Divorce procedures. Mr. Laine would not return calls and many times I had to go to his office personally just to get something done. From 3 orders that were supposed to be submitted to the court he only did 2 and since I moved out of state he would not return calls to get the third one done.
