Herbert house is a great place to go if you need some support! I stayed for a few days to get some help with my mental health.. the staff were welcoming and friendly throughout my stay. They helped me with anything I needed support with, and also gave me space to rest and look after myself (they also got me a cake and card for my birthday!) It’s in a good location, with parks and shops near by, and the residents are all friendly and respectful. If you have the chance to come here, and are nervous, I advise you to try and go.... read more
I know someone there that is not getting the help they need because there are others that they are looking after insted of the staff because the staff can't do anything as legal rules that prevent them from doing their jobs
