Lidia is a phenomenal person. She treats you like her own family and guides you to maintain/improve your diet. A healthy group with tons of support from different members of society, so if you are dedicated enough to change yourself by making better nutritional choices and mold your lifestyle for the better i'd highly recommend this place.
