I had a horrible experience ordering from Herbalex. I ordered my product on Feb 3rd, waited about 3 weeks and then emailed, asking for the tracking number or status of the delivery of the product. Yes, Canada Post is often not speedy, but this product was being delivered from Surrey - Calgary.
