I’ve been a regular customer at the Herbal IQ location on Transit Road in Buffalo, and I always appreciate when Abbie is working. She’s an excellent saleswoman who is genuinely knowledgeable about the products. While the store seems to experience some staff turnover, it’s refreshing to see a familiar face who really knows what she’s talking about. Abbie provides great customer service and makes each visit a positive experience. Highly recommend asking for her assistance!
The environment was very inviting and professional. We had a bad experience at a previous spot, but drove to Herbal IQ and the staff were very helpful. Abbie took care of us and gave us a run down on many Sativas that fit our taste and preferred experience. We ended up settling on the Raspberry Dream strain and couldn't be happier! Very knowledgeable and helpful, definitely would recommend giving this place a try if you are ever nearby!
My husband and I LOVE Herbal IQ and make sure to drive the extra 20 minutes from NT just to purchase from them. Great loyalty program and regular specials. Also an enjoyable and friendly atmosphere and staff. Cody was especially great help getting me find everything I needed tonight.
First time walking in today and will definitely be back bc they play EDM! Very much PLUR vibes- AND the people working are very knowledgeable and friendly. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to buy anything, very chill environment, and decent prices too w everything from pre rolls to oils, they have BOGO half off deals which is cool and allows me to try different strains without draining the bank, def be back
