WOW!! I have been going for acupuncture for some time at a different place, and recently decided it was time for a change... I cannot recommend Herb & Needle Acupuncture enough, especially Dr. Helen Zhao. I came to my third session after nearly 3 months of constant, severe sciatica pain that had deeply affected my daily life. That day, I arrived in tears—overwhelmed, exhausted, and honestly feeling hopeless.
