Had a poor experience with Jaden at Herb House. She lacked basic product knowledge and came off as uninterested in helping. Customer service is everything in this industry, and unfortunately, she didn’t deliver. Won’t be returning if that’s the standard.
Was in there and jaden helped someone without a med card. I thought that was a no no but i guess she doesnt care.
One of the bud tenders seduced my boyfriend knowing I was with him - never going back here 🫠
