As always. I love doing business with the folks a Hays furniture. I am treated will. The sales staff listens and makes suggestions. It is wonderful to support our local business
We are very pleased with Herb Hays. We recently purchased a mattress from them and it had a couple of flaws in it. I let them know and right away they called the manufacturer. The next day they let me know they were going to replace it. I’ve always been satisfied with the knowledge and service I get. Thanks to everyone there.
Great quality of furniture and good service. We purchased a 3 cushion couch that our young puppy decided to dig a hole in center cushion. I called HH hoping to get a replacement cover. Desperately seeking something close to same design. Luckily this piece was still in production and 2 weeks later, not only did I get same cover but a whole replacement cushion. Great service.
They made the shopping and buying process easy and comfortable. The salesman was helpful, knew a lot about the furniture and helped with delivering it as soon as possible. I will be returning in the future for sure!
