We are very pleased with Herb Hays. We recently purchased a mattress from them and it had a couple of flaws in it. I let them know and right away they called the manufacturer. The next day they let me know they were going to replace it. I’ve always been satisfied with the knowledge and service I get. Thanks to everyone there.
Great quality of furniture and good service. We purchased a 3 cushion couch that our young puppy decided to dig a hole in center cushion. I called HH hoping to get a replacement cover. Desperately seeking something close to same design. Luckily this piece was still in production and 2 weeks later, not only did I get same cover but a whole replacement cushion. Great service.
