Bought a used expensive car from Herb Chambers in MA. They were honest about most of the things with the car, somewhat uninformed about simple things when asked. I would consider them above-board in most areas, but could make improvements in other areas.
I bought a 2013 Kia Optima in July of 2024. By September, the brakes stopped working almost completely. Although I bought the vehicle at the Herb Chambers Infiniti dealership, the Toyota of auburn was much closer to my home. I set an appointment there concerned to drive further without full use of my brakes. I was told verbally and in writing via my service report that a technician installed a portion of the brakes incorrectly.
