I was deeply disappointed at my experience here. No bedside manner, no courtesy or follow-up, and did not feel “spa” like by any sense of the word. I wouldn’t recommend this practice at all. The only positive was Samantha, who booked my appt- she was kind and informative but unfortunately not present the day of. I recently started laser hair removal treatments with Dayna Mohrmann at Her Secret Medspa in Mamaroneck. In addition to being a laser hair removal specialist, Dayna is very knowledgeable about all aspects of skin care. She provided the pre-care instructions, talked me though the laser treatment, and covered after-care instructions. The laser treatment itself was quick, with almost no sensation, and definitely painless. After two treatments so far, my hairs are just falling out. My visit to Her Secret Medspa was absolutely life changing. Samantha at the front desk is very welcoming. My services were provided by Alina. She was EXCEPTIONAL. She answered every question I had. She explained everything each step of the way. It was very clear she was very experienced. Post procedure, I can say, she is excellent at what she does. Thank you all so so much for everything.

I’ve been going to HerSecret Med Spa since around April the staff there is truly incredible. They provide efficient services and work with my schedule for appointments. They offer a wealth of services, I personally go for laser hair removal the progress I’ve seen is spectacular not one single ingrown hair.
