Amy is incredible. She is patient and takes the time to listen and advise suggestions on how to improve my mobility. She genuinely is a miracle worker.
This is my second experience with Her Optimal Health. My first experience (2022)was the reason for my second visit. I completely recovered from a shoulder issue and have not had a problem since. Because of this I went back for an issue with my hip. I am confident it will be as successful as my first experience. Wonderful staff, very friendly! Amy is truly knowledgeable and an expert in her field!
Amy was wonderful, as always. She provided support with my knee exercises, as well as acupuncture today. Thanks for all your support Amy!
