It looks poor when a client isn’t informed when an attorney leaves. Sure, you could argue it’s the attorney’s responsibility to give notice and place things in order. It’s another poor look when the State sends forms to the firm regarding a client’s LLC that get ignored. Completely baffled how poorly things were handled by a firm of this size.
