We started using this tax service about 6 years ago when Mr. Henthorne himself was in office there filing and he was awesome with time and ensuring we filed correctly to our benefit. Well his children took it over and they have done nothing but drag his business down and give it a horrible name . 2 tunes my taxes now have been turned in on time and they misplaced them . So this results in late filing which ladt time I received money back so did not effect much besides having to pay for thisr mistake of filing me late . Well ... read more

Never got my taxes done after extension was filed! Still unable to contact them for my returns!
Needed a copy of tax documents that I misplaced. They have done my taxes for 11 years and they told me they were going to charge me $50 to look in their system and print my docs for me. It cost me $80 for them to do my taxes in the first place. Last year was the last time Ill use them. Edit to respond to owner's Response: I completely agree that your time and money should be worth something. But for you to spend 3 minutes to pull up my old documentation and to print off 10 pages shouldn't cost me $50. I am fine with paying a... read more
