Did not add vehicle to my mom's insurance after a call in to add a vehicle and change another she drove for 2 months without insurance because the agent failed to perform her job. This has happened multiple times. Absolutely terrible for a company who is supposed to provide insurance protection to NOT do their jobs. FAIL FAIL FAIL!!!
