Poor Service / Bad Repairs. Henson owns multiple locations in town. We recently took in our jeep for repairs and ended up paying six thousand dollars to replace the engine. When the repair was done the jeep had more problems then when it went in. They returned the Jeep with the inspection out and illegal after sitting at the dealership for over a month. After driving the jeep home the check engine light came on and our trailer break was flashing on and off and inoperable. We returned the jeep to Henson where they kept it another two months. Today we called them and they told us the jeep is fixed and has just been sitting on their lot without a phone call. Not only that but they also stated they required the additional time to fix the trailer break. During the phone conversation with them and over three months of waiting for our vehicle after paying six grand, they stated that they are not going to fix the trailer break because "they don't know how". They told us they were contacting someone who could fix it and thats why it required additional time. Also they "forgot" to do the inspection so now we need to provide them additional time to inspect the vehicle.
