Necklace broke after 2 days. They refused to return money for it. Same thing happened to my friend 2 weeks later ( broke after 2 weeks).
Awe... I will miss Henry's! We go there every time we visit Cape May. I always buy something too! The staff is friendly and helpful. And Alan , well he's an artist plus a great guy!
As a local, I am constantly disappointed by the customer service at Henry’s. Today, my boyfriend and went to visit Henry’s on the hunt for a necklace. I was happy to see Henry’s had many necklace with flip flop charms as I have been searching for one all summer. This was a necklace I have been search for to honor my Grandmother who just passed this winter. My experience and excitement were shortly squashed. This jewelry store in Cape May, is overpriced (yes, most are and I know that). The service is just ok. I bought a bracelet which I LOVED. And after NOT EVEN 2 weeks literally watched it break and fall off my wrist. I know I paid too much for it, but I really wanted it so I bought it. I called today to see if I could get a replacement. I didn’t want my money back, just a replacement. The woman on the phone didn’t care about me as a customer and just said “we can’t do anything for you because it was already on sale”.
