I had an amazing experience at Henry Singer! Sonny Sekhon and Tony went above and beyond in taking care of me and my family for my wedding. From start to finish, they made sure everything was perfect and made us feel looked after every step of the way. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care truly stood out. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience – thank you both for making such an important occasion even more special!
Every time I visit the staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly during my shopping experience. Langford is exceptionally knowledgeable and has recently helped me in picking out suits and a tuxedo for my wedding and groomsmen. I cannot recommend Henry Singer enough. Best menswear and suits in Edmonton and the Alberta region!
Just visited this store, the sales person was so rude and forcing us to like what he likes, upon saying that the size looks big, he started taunting that you are not the tailor and we are the professionals. The worst customer service I have ever seen so far for a $3000 custom made suit. I don’t suggest this store mainly for the service and also the quality of the materials are not good either.
Last week, I entered the Henry Singer store in Edmonton and was helped by Andrea. I would like to state Andrea was extremely helpful, friendly and patient. Post my experience, I recommended a few close friends to visit the store, they all had a similar experience with Andrea. If you ever visit, HS, please do yourself a favour and ask for her, you won't regret it, I promise!
If you are looking for a high end great quality suit you need to stop by here at Henry singer downtown. Ask for Langford, he was amazing to deal with. Langford is very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing when it comes to getting you into the right suit. The store is great it’s nice and clean, the staff are very friendly. No pressure at all here they make you feel comfortable I just put my suit on and I’m happy as ever !! Great customer service I will be returning once I need a new one!
