I was referred to this service provider and thought I had the best person to work with me going forward. I submitted tax documents for 3 years back as requested over a month ago but have not been able to verify receipt or reach anyone on the phone. I am very disappointed but will start searching for someone else going forward. I had also referred someone to this service but I will reach out to them and tell them not to bother. You should be able to trust your CPA and your Attorney.
Is this place even still open? We havent been able to get ahold of anyone for a while now. Jamie also never filed our fathers retirement forms nor their 5500 form. They got off the phone with IRS and he owes a large penalty!
