The swindle is not being up front about pricing in person or in contract, and not billing until multiple months have passed at a time, only to hit you with a huge bill. $500 per hour is not the typical rate for an accountant in the Phoenix metro area. If you want to pay for the Baker Tilly corp board’s maids and summer estates, go for it, but its not particularly special enough for the overpriced services.
