No public restrooms. Even if you're there for an appointment they dont have one to be used. Was busy and was there for over an hour so it was not like you are in and then out and probably dont need to go.
Had a really weird second hand experience. Not only did the front desk receptionist not properly check me in (I had to wait an hour to be seen, while people who came in after me got in within 10-20 minutes,) I witnessed a receptionist get very hostile with a patient who was obviously confused. The patient was trying to schedule some sort of follow up, and the receptionist very quickly lost her patience trying to explain to the patient what appointments the patient had already scheduled, and what needed to be scheduled in the... read more
