Scheduling and clerical staff is outstanding. Physical THERAPIST is great. Some of the assistants are quite good, except they do not work synchronously. One tells you one thing; the next one completely contradicts what the first one said. At our ONE-week post-op visit, the assistant started exercises and then said, “You’re 3 weeks out, right?” This was a potentially dangerous mistake.
