Scheduling and clerical staff is outstanding. Physical THERAPIST is great. Some of the assistants are quite good, except they do not work synchronously. One tells you one thing; the next one completely contradicts what the first one said. At our ONE-week post-op visit, the assistant started exercises and then said, “You’re 3 weeks out, right?” This was a potentially dangerous mistake. They have the best staff ever...would recommend it to anyone. Athena and Brett are wonderful for hand therapy
Warm and friendly staff helped me with exercises to reduce my shoulder pain.
My therapist was excellent. He was patient working with me and really helped with my recovery!
