One of these trucks was speeding, tail gating, nearly ran me and my daughter off the road trying to cut through traffic, then blew through a couple red lights. A public safety hazard.

Upon arrival driver refused to bring the pallets into the lobby of my building and insisted that he had to leave them outside on the curb. I politely asked if he could bring them FIVE MORE FEET into my lobby since I was alone and he rudely refused. Finally I called the dispatch who thankfully was a woman with some sense. She called him and he told her “this stuff is 500 lbs, I can’t do it.” He ended up doing it (bringing the pallets FIVE MORE STEPS into the lobby of my building). City Street was blocked off, due a tree removal. Delivery guy backed up truck from opposite side and held up city emergency work. Driver used foul words and took off.
