The reviews on here are 100 % accurate probably the worst customer service in the United States!!! They never return your calls or answer the phone.Charge for property you dont own and there is no way to get in touch with anyone very Frustrating place to deal with!!
They need to fix their hours. If they're going to be closed on a non-holiday they need to put that on Google so they're not wasting people's time
Horrible they lie about how much you owe then want charge extra when they need to make there paperwork clear dont go in there office and pay cash cause then your paperwork gets lost you have pay double .never had experience this bad with any state that I lived in ..
I hate to complain about my county officials and administration but when they don't return your calls. Then when you call the are on hold 20 + minutes. They double charges on property tax and they say 6 to 8 weeks to refund. They don't answer questions. Hope someone can run against these folks next election.
