Great experience with friendly drivers,clean buses,and timely arrivals
The service is ok but could be better. I’ve reached out to the Director, Ty, several times but no response. The community is speaking out about the long wait times to book rides. Please add the service to an app to provide transportation county wide.
They now have you wait on the phone to book a trip more than 1 hour and 30 minutes, close to 2 hours from 5 minutes to 7am to after 8:30am. SMH I had to reschedule my heart appointment because I just could not wait holding saying that I am 1st in the cue, than no one answer, than it hangs up SMH.. I used to love calling and talking with Dealya, and Leslie, But now I don't even think they work there no more cause it just sounds like 2 people are answering phones now SMH. They need to do better. I’ve used this service for about a year (maybe 20-25 rides total). It’s is consistently frustrating to book a ride waiting on the phone from 7 am (earliest possible to get in cue) until usually 8:15 to 8:30 to only get a one way ride because of the demand. While the call center agents are polite and professional, there simply is not sufficient staffing for this part of the service. I do recommend that you can get a wonderful and sometimes you have a driver that is extremely interested in your safety!!
