I walked in around 4 30 today, a black lady with a low pony tail sitting right in front of the double doors(corner) assist me. She was horrible, terrible customer service with a smart attitude and helpless.. she didnt have an answer to any of the questions I asked.. I hate i wasted my time coming to a place where they have people working with no basic knowledge!

Overall…my experience was excellent! I had the privilege of going to window number 6 with Jessica. She was very pleasant. My request was unusual. Jessica listened then took the matter to her supervisor Ms. Liz. Ms. Liz came out of her office and meet me face-to-face to better assist my unusual request. Ms. Liz then when back to her office and made some phone calls to find me the help that I needed.
