Hi i have had the worse experience with this company. I had my wedding day on November 9th 2019 at 5pm. Measurements were given all by the date of October 9th a whole month before my wedding all of our tux’s came back wrong something on all of them were wrong! They came back on the Thursday before my day and a few on Friday but alterations were still needing to be done 2 hours before my wedding on Saturday. I enjoy the services there each and every time I have to use. They are very professional. They were very understanding when the masquerade ball was canceled and I was able to used the credit that I had without having to pay any extra for the military ball that my son is attending. Actually rented a full tuxedo and shoes before and I've also rented the vest shirt and tie on different occasions
