My sister drive up 2 hours and i drove 1 hr to see specific bridesmaid dresses which we were told there was ‘a ton of’ and when we got to the store for our appointment they had none and transferred dresses over the weekend. We were given no notice of this. Highly unprofessional store
The staff was absolutely amazing and the best experience I have ever had dress shopping!
We drove about an hour from Western Pennsylvania to shop for my daughter’s senior prom after shopping a “discount” prom store in our area last year. The experience was night and day. Everyone at Henri’s was helpful, but especially Maxx, who helped with zippers and corsets and pulled gowns for my daughter to try after seeing her taste. There were so many options, organized by color and style. And while the store was busy, the service was still good. Definitely worth the trip.
I just left the store and i had the absolute best experience ever. Elaina P was such an amazing help she truly made my experience so well. She hyped me up and literally everything. I highly recommend this place!!!!
My friend and I went in today, surprisingly it wasn’t packed with people but the music was blasting and the sales representatives were the opposite of helpful. The only time we saw our lady we were in the dressing rooms and she was asking if she could take dresses from us… like girl I’m naked you couldn’t have asked literally 30 sending ago.
