Had an amazing bridal experience today! I came in as a walk in. Maddison and Amia took care of me. They found me the wedding dress of my dreams in a matter of minutes. They helped style it with a beautiful belt and veil. I cannot thank them enough for making this process easy and fun.
Snobby customer service- I came looking for a prom dress but nothing was in my budget which is fine, but I still tried on some dresses to find the style I liked. When I wanted to leave because I knew I couldn’t afford it and didn’t care for the dresses, the consultants were very pushy about trying more dresses. I told them I needed to talk to my mom first because of how expensive they are and they insisted that I called her in the store with the dress on. I politely said no and they kept pushing.
