I stopped in to this branch to deposit rolled coins. The rolls were all marked with my member number as required. The young lady, the "customer service" representative proceeds to tell me I couldn't deposit them at this branch. When I asked her why-she informed me that I had too many and she would have to carry them. Are you kidding me- Is this a credit union where I am a customer?? This appallingly poor level of service is emblematic of leadership failures right up to the CEO. They find reasons to throw obstacles in the pat... read more
