I unfortunately had an account opened with Henrico Federal CU after purchasing a new vehicle from a dealership in February of 2026. The first communication I received from HFCU was a marketing letter asking about my satisfaction. I contacted the number on the marketing letter to attempt to pay off the vehicle and was told that they cannot process a payment that large over the phone or online, that I would have to drive to a branch or mail a check in. We love this place. Everyone is kind, courteous and patient. We opened up some special accounts today. Sheyna and Destiny assisted us with grace and kindness. Also, we are obliged to share our experiences we've had over the years with Rosa too... not enough words to say how wonderful she has been. Highly recommend this branch because of the people...
