Seeing particular students at Zone 1 handled with such contempt, under the direction of some bus assistants, is reprehensible and immoral. The bus assistants are seated on the bus wearing hoodies, face masks, dark glasses, and caps that block the view of the bus drivers of any communications made to the students during fights. After going to zone 1, which is being led by Michael, Terry, Jen etc.The transportation leaders at zone 1 is horrible and unprofessional. Hence the reason why this zone has difficulty retaining workers. Issue 1: Staff have no privacy when discussing issues of concern with supervisor due to the overcrowding in the office. For example, supervisors discussing personal business with individuals who don’t have a need to know. Issue 2: All supervisors etc. was sitting and watching a staff child run around the office, which affecte... read more
