Extremely disappointed with the level of service and attention to detail around an order. I am a repeat customer and seeking to replace some cushions on my outdoor sunlounges. Ordered these in May and was told that it would be custom made and delivered either by shipping or DHL in 8 to 12 week timeframe. Rang back to enquire on status nearly 6 weeks ago and was told to leave a message as order status enquiries could not be handled by weekend staff and that relevant staff (Lua) would contact me. Very disappointed with prolonged delivery of an order - originally told it would take 6 weeks, then 20 weeks, now (mid august) not until November. The reason given was a standard catalogue item had to be made. If we had known this at the time we would not have gone ahead with the purchase and paying 75% deposit.
Lua was extremely pleasant to deal with and provided excellent advice when my wife and I were selecting an extendable dining table, particularly in regard to what would fit in the decor of our home and the available space. As a result, the table we eventually purchased is perfect and we couldn't be happier.
A great collection of some stunning and unique pieces of furniture for your home , hard to find in perth for the price !! Anagha and Monish Paul
