I had an appointment with Mr. Henningsgaard regarding an administrative law matter. The meeting lasted about 10 minutes. He interrupted me, yelled at me and told me I was probably guilty and told me to get out of his office without listening to my case. Since then I found a professional lawyer who won my case easily. I called this office to see if Mr. Henningsgaard could handle a real estate transaction. His receptionist said I'd need to meet with him to find out. The meeting happened in about fifteen minutes where he said he'd look into if he could handle the contract. Then he disappeared. Never to be heard from again except for the $450 bill he sends me each month. On the bill, it says he wrote a contract. He never did.
