I sent a locomotive to them to get fixed and I was told it would take 4 weeks. After a month I called them and they said they were busy and didn't work on it yet. That is understandable. After 5 months I called them for a status update and I was told that they had "forgotten" about it. When I talked with them they charged me full price for labor and shipping costs and never offered a partial refund or free shipping.
