Mr. Henninger assured me that I'd be okay for months leading up to my first DUI charge. After a few minutes during the case, the judge starts hammering me and I felt like I had ZERO defense, I would've been better off with a public defender. For my first offense, i was given 40 hours community service, 8 AA meetings a month, a weekend in jail, and 3 years SUPERVISED probation. Looking at these reviews I’m not so sure why this firm has such a high rating . I was looking for different representations for my case & I came across this office . The representation here is very minimal & when it came time for court we literally had no defense besides this being my first charge & the options I received were poor I was better off with a legal aid . In the end the judge gave me the better deal ! If your dealing with a heavy charge DO NOT GO HERE !
