Barb was a fantastic help to us; great ideas!
I will never buy another piece of furniture at the store! I like two matching chairs and within 3 months I was having trouble with the reclining handlfesalling off. When I went in to talk to them about my problems they handed me a bolt and told me to fix it myself! When I ask for help again today I was told how to fix it myself once again. I don't think Barb realizes not everybody has the tools necessary and the capability to get inside these small places to fix something!
