Barb was a fantastic help to us; great ideas!
I will never buy another piece of furniture at the store! I like two matching chairs and within 3 months I was having trouble with the reclining handlfesalling off. When I went in to talk to them about my problems they handed me a bolt and told me to fix it myself! When I ask for help again today I was told how to fix it myself once again. I don't think Barb realizes not everybody has the tools necessary and the capability to get inside these small places to fix something! And the customer shouldn't have to fix the furniture... read more
