Great selection but the employees are overbearing. I was approached by 3 people during my visit. Anything you order that is not on display is a "special order." I waited 2 months for my furniture. Out of 3 pieces I had to return 3 for repair at the store. The repair department was unapologetic. I also had issues with the delivery men being rude. There are many furniture stores, I would recommend going somewhere else!
our frame broke, with no abuse to the couch. had couch for 1 month store blamed us for break, 14 weeks to repair
great selection and quality american made furniture, great knowledgeable sales staff and not pushy. As for the extended warranty, they are all 3rd party and not worth a crap, just buy quality items and take care of them, also check the warranty through the manufacturer, we went with a USA company with lifetime warranty, no need for 3rd party extended.
I bought a overpriced recliner and extended warranty the salesperson said it would even cover cigarette burns well I go to get my chair fixed and they WILL not cover it now I know how they afford their big fancy store
Deb was a terrific sales person. Not in the traditional sales way but with good advice when asked and very knowledgable information. As a result I found the items that I was looking for and I am happy with my shopping experience at Hennen's. I am happy to drive from the Cities to Hennen's to find quality furniture and really good customer service. Thanks Deb & Hennen's Furniture
