I have lived at Henley place for 7 months and I love. It
Henley staff sleeping suppose to be watching your loved ones . Neglect and abuse at its finest. There’s a reason there’s so many falls within the home because of people like EDNA .this is a locked down u it , sb. she slept for over 2 hrs when she’s suppose to be awake and alert. Every shift she sleeps and gives the worst care to residents.
This is a horrible place. Their staff needs better training. Too many unexplained things happened here with not enough follow up or recourse. Id you love your family members dont let them go here.
