I worked at Henley Place for 10 years, and unfortunately, it was the most negative experience of my career in long-term care. The work environment was toxic, with constant tension among staff and little to no support from management. Rather than fostering teamwork and professional growth, management often resorted to bullying tactics and micromanagement.
