I did my placement at heanley place on harris and I didn't get much experience on the floor I was answering call bells and seeing what residents want.
My mum stayed at Henley place until she passed. This morning she left for the final time. Mum was cared for at the highest standard. Her condition was challenging, but the specialized memory care made her final years the best they could’ve been. I will never forget the kindness that her team showed her, and myself as we said goodbye. Thank you to the Henley Place team. ♥️🙏🏻

My father is resident of this home & the service of this LTC is very horrible. I informed the management but they dont care and I noticed that the Exe Dir. not at all respect their staffs & residents.
My Mother in Law was there for 10 years !! She received great care. Thank You for all your help.
