I have been attending HEAT for many years now, first as an athlete and now attending the legends class. Kyle & team prepare excellent workout sessions and will cater to whatever your workout needs are. Highly recommend!
I cannot say enough good things about HEAT! I started coming in middle school (I’ve graduated college now) and I’ve been through soccer team training, individual training, and now I’m in Training Legends. Throughout so many different seasons (and injuries) Kyle and his team have always been so supportive, super encouraging, they create the best atmosphere to work out, and have always pushed for improvement! You should’ve signed up yesterday!
