Lana at Hendrickson & Associates has been great to work with as a young married couple looking to improve our tax strategy. My experience has been that she is unfortunately the least competent person putting in the least effort of any business I've ever interacted with in my life. I used her for my 2020 and 2021 returns. As we near 2026, my 2020 and 2021 tax return is missing in the eyes of the IRS, and they are withholding my 2024 taxes as a result. I am out over $70,000.
