Wonderful couple who have run the business for decades. They fixed the zipper on a Tumi suitcase that was in otherwise good shape. They were very friendly, helpful, and reasonably priced. In my case, they were able to fix it within 24 hours.

Please give this wonderful couple your business!!! I live in Iowa City and couldn't find a single shoe repair place in Iowa City or Cedar Rapids without atrocious reviews. Thankfully I found this gem and gave them a call. I talked to them on the phone 3 times and every time I called both the husband and wife were so friendly and kind. When I got there (it's about a 30 minute drive from the West side of IC), they were once again extremely friendly and pleasant to talk to.
