I’m so disappointed with the response from Kate. I received a cracked terracotta pot. Kate said this is to be expected as it is artisan made and ‘time worn’ yet it wasn’t mentioned in the description that there would be cracks. I could receive a refund but I would have to return the item at my expense. I will not be spending my hard earned money with this company that have no respect for their customers.
Stunning bouquets and posey’s beautiful, an eye for matching colour and form. The whole shop is a draw for a tasteful gift or treat.
Probably the worst customer service I have ever received. Damaged item upon delivery. Was warned there is a possibility this could break transit but was reassured with a description of how it could be packaged to prevent this. So with this confidence I decided to take the risk. This is how the item came packaged in a battered reused cardboard box and some half deflated cushion packaging with plenty of room for the item to move around in the box. Just bought a fantastic teak table for the garden that has a lovely weathered look and for a great price and delivered the next day. Brilliant.
