Had 2 acupuncture sessions, along with tens and cupping. I also had a reflexology on my feet. My problem areas are ankles, knees and buttocks(sciatica). Will be back for more treatments. Dr Lin, knows what she's doing.

Originally I said I am not going to comment on the actual business per se and the phone thing—well, the phone thing has been remedied!—so yay good thing for the business end! I went to Nav for TMJ and frequent headaches, and I’m so glad I did. As a manual osteopath, she was able to identify areas of tension that no one else had noticed. Her hands-on techniques are gentle but powerful, and my jaw feels significantly better. The headaches have also decreased a lot. She’s truly gifted at what she does.

I saw Nav during my second trimester for lower back and hip pain. As a manual osteopath, she knew exactly how to work with my body safely during pregnancy. Her treatments gave me much-needed relief and helped me sleep better. She’s gentle, understanding, and really knowledgeable. Highly recommend to any expecting moms.
