I want to commend the Henderson Justice Court for their commitment to justice and for upholding the law in a way that truly protects the rights of property owners. Navigating an eviction is never easy, especially when dealing with egregious tenants who are in clear violation of their lease agreements. Throughout the process, the court provided a fair and structured environment where the facts of the case were actually heard.

Called just to get some information on a prior eviction, the lady was very rude when helping me. Constantly cut me off as I asked questions. And as I closed the call by saying “have a great day” she said bye and hung the phone up. All I was trying to do is ask literally 3 questions.

Going to the Henderson Justice Court this week was very stressful for me and my family, but I had the chance to meet Kelsey, one of the clerks in the civil department. She handles all the answers and responses for tenants and landlords. Kelsey really made me feel much better during a tough time, and she definitely deserves 5 stars for the work she does, making people happy every day while just trying to make it in life.
