Called just to get some information on a prior eviction, the lady was very rude when helping me. Constantly cut me off as I asked questions. And as I closed the call by saying “have a great day” she said bye and hung the phone up. All I was trying to do is ask literally 3 questions.

Going to the Henderson Justice Court this week was very stressful for me and my family, but I had the chance to meet Kelsey, one of the clerks in the civil department. She handles all the answers and responses for tenants and landlords. Kelsey really made me feel much better during a tough time, and she definitely deserves 5 stars for the work she does, making people happy every day while just trying to make it in life.

A Disabled Combat veteran. I have been forcibly evicted. I was never given any opportunity to see a judge. Even after showing up to the courthouse many times asking to be put on the calendar Henderson Justice Court has violated my 14 Amendment rights. I am now homeless and looking for a place to live but because of this eviction, I'm unable to find a place. So I'll be living in a rental VAN with my 2 service dogs. Landlords can violate Nevada law file false information and slander all they want????? My only option is to sue ... read more
