I’ll be honest they are fast and prices are good but the customer service is awful. Whoever answers the phone there always sounds angry that you called, and is not helpful at all. If you say you want an oil change he will angrily ask you when do you want to come in then when you say a date not knowing their schedule he will just say “nope can’t do it then “ most other places will tell you “ hey we got an opening on this day at this time “ not here he expects you to know when they have an opening. I went in for an oil change. I was quoted a price of $50 and up depending on the kind of oil that the car uses. The grand total was $43.85! In and out in 20 minutes time! Very nice doing business with you guys. And I will definitely recommend you to my friends!
I had a minor mechanical issue with my vehicle and even though I had no appointment and they were working on other cars, they were able to squeeze me in. Within the hour I was back on the road again. Not very expensive either.
In from WV. Had a bolt come out from a caliper. No appointment but Kevin squeezed me in and at a great price!!!
