Great people!! someone there saved my stuff i bought from homegrown that i'd lost, i guess it had fallen out of my bag and was at their doorstep and they brought it over to the homegrown store and they held onto it for me
Friendly Service and amazing work
Brought my dress shoes to Hems to be cleaned and shined before a wedding. Brought them to him a month ago. He forgot about them for 2 weeks. Then when he finally got around to the shoes, the wrong product was used and the shoes were put in bag while still tacky. This caused to shoes to peel when they were removed from the bag. Then I was told to return them to be fixed. Got them back yesterday (3 days before the wedding) after he insisted they were fixed and looked great.
