We had our pigs done here and I just had the best tasting smoked shoulder I have ever had. Wonderful job on all our processed animals. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
Amazing quality and service. I had some lambs processed by Hemlock Ridge late this fall and I couldn't be happier with the end result. I'll absolutely be using thier services again in the future!
