Amazing company and Kurt is great. Really went the extra mile with me as a home owner to help me with the entire process and dumbed it down for me. Worked incredibly hard to find the right shipper for the pinball unit and made sure everything was handled from A to Z. A++++ company.
I had a great buying experience. I purchased a Golden Tee machine through Hemispheres, and as a first time arcade buyer, I don’t think it could have been a smoother transaction (on their end, anyway). I bought a **** ** *rom Kurt. He had it in my house 4 days after I ordered it. He gave me a great price, awesome delivery, service and discounts. He set it up and left. After I stared playing it here were issues. I called him up and he came out at 7:30 on a Friday night and was at my house for 2 hours fixing it. I thanked him profusely and he said "when you own a business that's what you do" and "it has to get dealt with why put it off". I placed an almost $9,000.00 purchase of a new pinball machine with Kurt @ Hemispheres Amusements in Hampshire IL. and paid for the purchase via ******* (which was good insurance for things to come). The Shipping Company damaged the Pinball and the shipment was refused and never delivered or received. Numerous emails to Kurt were sent and replied to, Kurt was extremely resistant to return the damaged shipment and re-ship a replacement pinball machine EVEN THOUGH THE SHIPMENT WAS FULLY INSURED.
