I EXPLAINED THAT HE'S SERVING ME THE TENANT AND NOT THE ACTUAL OWNERS. THE RECEPTIONIST ACTED TOTALLY CLUELESS AS TO WHAT I WAS SAYING REPEATING HIMSELF AS IF I WAS ILLITERATE. HE THEN PLACED ME ON HOLD IN ORDER TO CONTACT THE LAWYER. THE LAWYER MR. HEMENWAY PICKS UP THE PHONE, DID NOT GIVE ME A CHANCE TO SAY ANYTHING RUDELY SAID, "WE'RE AT LUNCH" AND DISRESPECTFULLY HUNG THE PHONE UP. I... read more
